Cami WaltonCami Walton is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a BA in theatre and has been part of the Denise Wall's Dance Energy family since the studio opened in 1993. As a performer she performed in the closing night Gala for New York City Dance Alliance and performed as a soloist and guest artist with the Philip Deal Dance project. While completing her degree, she toured with the Children’s Theatre of Hampton Roads, creating and performing original works. Cami’s love for the arts also led her to pursue her passion off stage, as a both a stage manager and choreographer.

She spent two years with the Virginia Stage Company working with production on mainstage shows, and as the Education and Outreach Administrator creating and leading workshops for youth in the Hampton Roads area. Her choreography has been featured in Virginia’s Stage Company’s “ A Christmas Carol,” and Generic Theatre’s “Urinetown” and “Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.” Cami continues to share her passion for dance as a teacher and choreographer.

She is currently Assistant Director of Company and faculty with Denise Wall's Dance Energy. Her goal is to provide a strong technical foundation for her students and create a safe, loving environment in which they can grow and flourish as artists.
