Ava AdinolfiAva Adinolfi has been part of the DWDE family in various roles over the years as, first and foremost, a student, company member, administrative assistant, and instructor. As a part of Dance Energy's company she performed in New York City Dance Alliance's Gala in 2003 and 2004. While obtaining her undergraduate degree she had the exciting experience of performing in several shows at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. In 2005, Ava’s choreography was presented at Busch Entertainment’s annual dance concert, which led to other teaching/choreography opportunities.

Ava performed as a soloist and in several ensembles for University Dance Theater at ODU. Before attending graduate school, she enjoyed several seasons as a featured dancer for Second Wind Dance Company under the direction of Beverly Duane Cordova. Her passion for understanding and compassion led her to study Sociology with an emphasis in Child Welfare receiving a Master’s of Science in 2011. While graduate school required Ava to dance and teach less than desired she had the prestigious opportunity to present her collaborative research at 2 international conferences with colleagues. Shortly after grad school, Ava received a 200 hour certification in Hot Yoga and Vinyasa from Yax Yoga Concepts.
Combining her passion for dance and serving others, Ava helps dancers get out of their own way and create lives that they love through life coaching. “The day we stop learning is the day we die” and that is why Ava is constantly on a mission to learn and grown as a happy and healthy loving human while inspiring others to do the same!
