MANDATORY Tech Rehearsal Procedures Saturday June 3, 2023
Tech rehearsal will be broken down by groups and designated times. PLEASE review the schedule for designated arrival times/performance order. (This schedule will be posted Friday evening 6/2/23. An email will be sent to notify the studio once posted)
Group #1 which begins at 1 pm, check in will begin at 12:40 pm. ALL classes scheduled before this time will run as scheduled, unless your teachers have provided you with different instructions!
The first group of performers should arrive to check in at 12:40. Check-in will be located in studio “C”. Students, who are not in the first group, please review the schedule and report to check-in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Note: PLEASE review the schedule that will be emailed to you the week before rehearsal carefully as this will be the order of the performance. If you notice that you/your dancer has 5 numbers or less to change, PLEASE notify the teaching staff, so they can set up the quick change students.

Performance Ticket Information:
Tickets will go on sale June 7th at 10am at the Sandler Center Box office.
You can purchase your tickets at the Sandler Center Box Office or on their website. It is advisable to purchase your tickets in advance because there is assigned seating. Tickets will, however, be available at the door on the day of the show as well.
Box office Pricing: $35.00 plus at $2.00 service fee
Please note there ARE additional Fees (these prices are based off the 2022 Performance) : It is recommended to purchase your tickets through the Sandler Center box office and NOT online, as there is only an additional $2 fee at the box office compared to additional fees when ordered online.
Online orders will include the following fees: $6.00 convenience fee, $2.00 facility fee, $4.00 Per whole charge. Will call $2.00, and $3 if mailed.
