Schedule
Change Form
This
form should be completed if a student is
adding or dropping a class
from his/her schedule. The student, teacher,
and parent of a minor must
sign this form, and the student/parent must
turn it into the office before
the schedule change is made.

Student
Withdrawal Form
In order for a student to
properly withdraw from the studio he/she
must fill out this form and
make an appointment to turn it into the
office manager by hand!
Failure to do so could result in another
month of tuition fees being billed.

Wallpaper
How to Install:
Windows:
1. Click on link that corresponds
to your monitor's setting. You'll
need to find this out in Control Panel>Display.
2. Wait until the file is completely
loaded in your browser.
3. After the image has finished loading,
right-click on the full-size image
and select "Set As Wallpaper".
4. Image will automatically be set
as wallpaper.
MAC:
1. Click on link that corresponds to
your monitor's setting.
2. Wait until the file is completely
loaded in your browser.
3. Click and hold on the image, then
save it to your local hard drive.
4. In your Desktop Pictures control
panel, click "Select Picture"and
choose the image (Note: If you already
have a picture loaded, you'll have to
"Remove Picture" first).
5. Click "Set Desktop".
6. Image will appear as wallpaper.
